Vishal has spent 18 years at the intersection of software engineering and business leadership — starting as a developer and working his way through CIO, GM, COO and MD roles across New Zealand and Australia.
He co-founded a venture studio in Sydney that helped founders take their app ideas to market, building MVPs from concept to shippable product before a successful exit. He's since held Managing Director and senior operations roles, and brings that full-stack perspective — technical depth and commercial clarity — to every client engagement at Diversity Solutions.
