Terms of engagement (summary)
These terms summarise how Diversity Solutions Ltd works with clients, including through Docket AI. Last updated [date].
Diagnostic
The diagnostic is priced from NZ$750 (+GST), confirmed in writing before it starts. If you go ahead with the project it recommends, the fee is credited against that project under the fee credit rules below. The report is yours to use as you choose.
Product discovery
Product discovery is priced from NZ$2,500 (+GST), confirmed in writing before it starts. If you go ahead with the build, the fee is credited against it under the fee credit rules below. The discovery outputs are yours to use as you choose.
Fee credit rules
The diagnostic and product discovery fees are credited against the work that follows on these conditions:
- Time limit: you accept the project quote within 60 days of receiving the diagnostic report or discovery outputs.
- One project: the credit applies once, to a single project. It can't be split across several projects or applied to ongoing support fees.
- Minimum project size: the credit applies to projects of NZ$5,000 (+GST) or more. It never reduces a project's price below zero.
- No cash refund: if you don't go ahead, the fee isn't refunded. You keep the report or discovery outputs.
- Example: a NZ$750 diagnostic leads to a NZ$8,000 project. If you accept within 60 days, you pay NZ$7,250 for the project. All amounts exclude GST.
Projects
Each project has a written scope and a fixed price. Changes to scope are agreed in writing, with any price change, before the work is done. Payment terms: [e.g. 50% on acceptance, 50% on completion, invoices due in 14 days].
Ongoing support
Support plans are a fixed monthly fee covering monitoring, fixes and small changes, as described in your plan. Either party can cancel with [30 days'] written notice.
Docket AI founding pilot
A limited number of trade businesses can join the founding pilot on reduced terms in exchange for feedback. Pilot scope, price and timing are set out in the pilot agreement.
